After the delivery of the product, You will have only 48 hours from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange in case you are not satisfied with the product in terms of size, color, or any other defect. We have a proper checking process before exchanging any product.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange of any order is entertained only if reported within 48 hours of delivery, with original proof of purchase receipt sent to you via email at the time of purchase. The claim should cover our below policies.
- The Item should be in its original condition.
- The Item should not be used.
- The product should not be damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
- All tags must be attached as delivered.
- Kurta Dukan should receive it within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Shipping cost will be paid by the customer in case of exchange.
- All costs (shipping charges, taxes, and duties) will be paid by the customer at all times. The product can only be exchanged once after the purchase. No returns will be entertained by Kurta Dukan.
- If the items are discounted and in case of any complaint regarding the articles they will be entertained through online support but they will not be eligible to return.
- The exchange process will take 15 Business working days.
- Please be advised that inner-wear products are not exchangeable due to the nature of the products and to maintain hygiene standards.
- Fragrances, cosmetics, and jewelry are not exchangeable.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We understand your concerns. While our general policy does not include returns and refunds, we strive to find a suitable solution for any issues that may arise. In exceptional cases where an exchange or resolution is not feasible, we may consider offering a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you to the best of our abilities.
If the product turns out to be faulty or has any defect, Online Support should be informed within a specified time.

- Fragrances, cosmetics, jewelry are not returnable.
